Step 1

Place water into Hongfa concrete mixer. The amount of water depends on the size of concrete mixer you choose, 1m3, 2m3, 3m3, 4m3 or 5m3 mixers are available. Add in any additive you wish to use in the concrete, and mix the add-ins thoroughly with the water.

Step 2

Add the Portland cement automatically by the screw conveyor transport. If you want the mix with sand or fly ash, you can add sand and fly ash during the process. Mix thoroughly with the water, creating a mix that’s soupy in texture.

Step 3

To make the concrete eps wall panel, the styrofoam polystyrene beads is very important. In this process, place the certain EPS particles after accurate weighing by Hongfa EPS weighing scale by the EPS pipes. Mix for a full minute to allow the beads to absorb the water before adding additional buckets of Styrofoam.

Step 4

Continue adding the EPS Styrofoam, taking the time to mix in the concrete mixer after the addition to the cement mixture. The Styrofoam will quickly absorb the water in the mix. If the mix becomes too stiff to incorporate the beads, add additional water as needed.

Step 5

When the styrofoam has been absorbed and mix even, it should stop mixing the concrete. The mixture should be of a low-slump variety, pourable but not overly soupy.

Step 6

Filling the ready concrete EPS to the Hongfa wall panel making machines. There are three types of Hongfa cement wall panels machines for options. Different types wall panel mold cars are with different filling ways. This concrete eps will be used as a slab or wall material, so after pour the finished concrete eps directly into the Hongfa wall panel machinery, then can place and leave it to cure. Step 7

Remove the cement wall panel from Hongfa Mold car after 4 – 8 hours depending on the curing technology. This process also called cement eps wall panel demoulding.

Step 8

Then after certain days, the concrete eps wall panels can be transported to the building sites for lightweight internal or external walls construction.
