- Bucket elevator: To transfer the raw materials cement, crushed stone, stone powder or sand. These tiles raw materials are transported by bucket elevator into mixer.
- Mixer: The mixer can automatic mix the raw materials, cement, crushed stone, stone powder, water or sand after watering.These terrazzo tile making raw materials will be mixed evenly and poured into doser.
- Doser: is one kind of mixer, but with one more quantifying cup and one pneumatic cylinder. Doser will work by manual way or automatically. It is controlled by the PLC computer program.
- Terrazo Tile Making Machine:The frame of cement stone floor tile making machine is 4-column type or dragon gate type. Its main parts: piston type cylinder, cylinders for tile press lifting up and down, cylinders for mould frame lifting up and down, work stable and swing cylinder, etc. So the terrazzo floor tile can be formed by high hydraulic pressure, the pressure can be adjustable, the maxinum pressure is 300Ton.
